sounds like a boost leak?
Sorta new to the site and to my 2000 PSD, though I spent alot of time reading before I picked it up.
Anyhow I have a slight concern relating to what sounds like a boost that I swear seems to be coming from my glove box. At lower throttle levels before the truck moves past 5psi it sounds like the air is being dumped to atmosphere. Only seems to be sounding like that till the truck begins making a little more PSI then I don't hear it. Course I haven't verified that it really is a leak cause in park even revving the engine I can't seem to find it.
is there something with the truck that this is normal? or if not what are some common places to check? I have built a little thing to put on the compressor side to pressurize the system with the engine off to see what I can hear, but maybe I'm hunting for a leak the doesn't exist?
