Ipr valve stuck??

I ran my dtcs today and this one can up. P1209. If the info I have is correct its an Icp system fault. My buddy thinks my Ipr valve may be stuck or sticky? Idk I'm lost. Truck runs mint Until you get into it hard it then it falls on its face until you back out of it. Also kinda studders when at low throttle opening like it wants to go or is gettin mire fuel in one cylinder Help please.
Ill try to get a video of it doing the studder tomorrow.

check the icp for oil in plug

99.5 x-cab 7.3l, 6spd, 161k miles.....

NO pic, but it is on the drivers side head right in front of the engine pick up loop. This pick up loop is what is used to pick the engine out of the truck. The ICP sensor has a three contact connector on it. You cant miss it. It sounds like it is your ICP sensor with the symptoms that you are describing, but the IPR could be sticking. My money is on the ICP sensor. Check it for oil as the previous post states, but I have seen them go bad without oil in them.

99.5 F-250 4x4, 7.3 PS
Engine:
State 1 injectors from Rosewood, GT38 (van) turbo, S&B intake, Comp Cam's 910 valve springs, Smith Brothers pushrods, AIH delete TS 6-position chip. Pyro.

Body:
2005 front end conversion, 2008 tailgate, taillights, and rear bumper.

Future Mods:
Edge CTS monitor, and 4" Exhaust (Manufacturer to be determined).

Thanks fellas. Checked the icp and there was oil. Replaced it and its a whole different truck.
