Bad Injector's... can i do it?

Hey guy's

I took my truck in and the guy tells me i have three bad injector's on the same side. He said i need new one's and a new harness and gasket. Price he quoted me was $1500.oo I don't have that kind of money right now and was wondering if that is something i can do....

I will assume this is a 7.3L.

It's not a quick job, but fairly easy.

are you sure you have three bad injectors?? Where hes suggesting harnesses too...that just makes me wonder

He said for sure three bad injector's and was trying to talk me into replacing the fourth. he said each injector was $300

Yes it is a 7.3, never done anything to the motor before

did he test fuel pressure to try to figure out if that killed the injectors??
