7.3 hi to low open testing ohms

I got a hi to lo side open on one injector and im testing ohms at the valve cover plug. the multimeter im using has intervals of 200 2000 20k 200k and so forth. i tested the side where im having issues on the 200 setting and was getting like 10's on most of the injectors and 12 on one of them. my question is, im pretty sure that my other multimeter is like 100 100 and what not. should i divide this 10 by 2? or am i doing something completely wrong

I've had a high to low problem for a while now I replaced my.injector.O rings a couple weeks ago .and.checked my valve cover gasket and seen no.visible problems started smoking bad on start up the other day
