Powerstroke very slow starting

Hey guys, this is my first post so far! Ilove the site! What i have i a 1999 f250 with the 7.3 and six speed. It is suffering right now from a very slow start issue. Background on it is its a work truck, multiple differnent people have driven it different ways. It has 319,000 on it right now and it has been drove hard. It runs great but it just takes a lot of cranking to get it started. It has always been cold natured (must be plugged in during winter) but recently has taken awhile to get started even when its warm. In the last year the injectors have been replaced, new batteries, starter, IDM, ICP sensor, CPS and pigtail, and probably a few other things i cant think of. Everything besides the starter and batteries were replaced due to a miss that ended up being the IDM. I am pretty sure the GEM is bad and have been meaning to get the numbers off of it and replace it but not sure if that has anything to do with starting or not. I am suspecting the HPOP (original) but have yet to check it out. I was wondering if there is an oil pressure switch that could be bad and not reading oil pressure correctly. The other thing is that it has been ethered by previous people, so glow plugs are probably bad (but shouldnt matter when its warm.) I am just looking for some guys with a little more knowledge than I. Thanks in advance. Blake.
