Question 410 gear ratio

Can any one tell me if it would be wise to change my gear ratio from 4;10 to 3;73 and to add posi while Im doing it, and what are the best differenchails? I do pull a skid loader to my farm 150 miles each way and push snow in the winter. the only reason I want to do this is for milage Im only getting 6-8 miles to the gallon.

im also thinking about changing my gears from 4.10s to 3.73s...go here JTs Parts & Accessories, Justdifferentials.com there prices are really competitive.

As far as will it pull your skid steer, yes because with the higher gearing all you need to do is kick off the OD an your RPMs should be real close to where they were before the gear change
