Studder at 1/4 throttle.

My late 99 has been studdering at 1/4 throttle lately. I had it in the shop a couple weeks ago for new bellowed up-pipes and they replaced my cps with the updated grey one. Since then its gotten worse. Its almost as if you were to get on and off the throttle repeatedly. Any thoughts?

Truck has 235000, superchips programmer, mild shift kit, 4 inch turbo back into 8" stack. S&b intake.

I know the 01-03 have problems with the pedal sensor. But I've never heard of any l99 having them issues. I'm leaning toward the cps. Ever since they put to recall grey one in its pretty much all the time. Even at highway speeds.
