Fuel Pressure Question

My 95PSD doesn't have the power it once had. Has what seems to be a slight miss and runs rough. Had injectors buzzed and cylinder contribution test done. Everything checks good. No codes either. I took the 60HP program off and it is not as noticeable, but no power pulling a load at all. I have replaced the fuel pump, filter, cam sensor, and EBP tube. I was told to check the fuel pressure and it is at 65PSI at idle and 65PSI at 2500 RPM's. Is this okay or not?

mine has similar sypmtoms but i havent checked the fuel pressure yet, does it want to kinda chug a little under a load

When I run down the road empty it is just not smooth but have what seems to be plenty of power, but when I put a load of 5k+ I can't get out of 4th gear. If I shift into 5th it has nothing. And that is at a shift point of 3k RPM's. Normally I can haul a 35ft GN Flatbed with my friends F350 Crewcab Dually and run down the road with no problem in 5th running 70 to 75MPH. I have a 97PSD that is doing the same thing. Under load in high gear it chugs and seems like it is misfiring. I have a TS 6 position chip and it is very noticable on the highest setting. When I put it on the stock setting, it is better but still noticeable. What kind of boost are you guys pushing? Mine will only do 11 psi of boost on the highest chip setting. I do have a Banks intercooler so that may drop max boost a little, but 11 seems low even considering the intercooler. I was thinking maybe a weak HPOP or maybe a bad turbo. Any Ideas?

it atta be able to get over 11psi i have an intercooler and i can push 25psi when i really get with it and 20psi really easy

my truck will push 23 psi, i have a ts but its getting sent to raul at stealth to get reburnt with some TW tunes

Wow, I guess 11 really is low. My turbo spins freely and there is no sign of damage on the compressor wheel. I don't know what the exhaust side looks like but don't see any reason why it would be damaged. What else could be causing low boost numbers like this. Other than damaged blades and bad bearings, I don't see what could cause a turbo to go bad. There are no leaks in the system, I have thoroughly checked for that. Any ideas?
