Need Help with Troubleshooting my truck??

Hi all,

I scanned my truck the other night and was surprised to see this code come up when I did my Injector Buzz Test.

P1298 IDM failure Internal IDM failure

My truck runs and drives fine. It also passed all other tests including the Cylinder Contribution Test. Can someone provide me with some tests I can do on the IDM to pin point the problem.

Thats kind of a ghost code....a lot of trucks throw it when there isnt a problem during a cyl. cont. test. It usually throws that code when you do a cyl cont. on a truck that isnt at full operating temp...but ive seen it at all temps. Odds are if you clear it out...go drive it...and re-run the test the code will be gone...
