I've already put new injectors in being it had two bad ones I replaced all of them replaced both uvc harnesses , the gaskets seemed fine and cps I've been digging through the harness for a day don't seem to find anything bad please help

is it or has it, been raining? May want to check the wires at the CPS. Do you have a chip/tuner as well? If so, unplug it, and see what happens.

All my attempts to recreate the stall have come up with nothing including wiggling the harness its random and often always while driving or stopping it seems strang because it runs great with no loss of power and all of a sudden the tack drops for a split second while driving which ends with a jerk or while stopping it just quits and starts right back up

Where did you get the CPS from? The only places one should get them is from Ford or International. Also, these sensors are notorious for going bad so you should always have a spare the the glove box along with a 13mm socket and ratchet. Again if you get the sensor from AutoZone or any other store who sells aftermarket then you are asking for trouble. Someone just posted on here about buying one from an aftermarket store and having problems.
