Need Injector Crush Washers

Does anyone know of a source or the size of the injector crush washers?
I know they are available with most injector O ring kits, but all I need is 8 crush washers. All symptoms point to a fuel leak, so I want to tear into the motor armed. Since my PSD is tucked into the nose of an E-450 van, I only want to disassemble the whole top of the motor once. I have oil leaks from the HPOP lines and will probably install a crossover fuel line (Anti Cackle) while I'm under the dash.

I've had the oil leak for a while and now I know there are other issues, oil 'thins' out after 3K miles on an oil change (diesel fuel in oil) and the leak is pretty bad, little dots of oil on the back of the van, whole underside very well lubed.
Motor is very noisy, hard to start when under 40 degrees. Got to fix the oil leak, so while I'm in there....

I'm going to International to see if they have the washers for the 444E.
