Coolant leak from crankcase?

I have a 1995 PSD f-350. It appears to be leaking anti-freeze out of the crankcase. If i push on the seal right by the pulley (below the water pump) i'll get quite a bit of coolant leaking out of there. Also it leaks, almost a steady stream as soon as i shut off the engine. I just recently noticed a bit of oil in the radiator and water droplets on the dip stick. Any idea's as to what it might be? Also i just recently replaced the water pump.

It definitely wasn't in the crankcase. Call it a misdiagnoses. Turns out the water pump went out and the coolant was leaking along the metal rib of the exterior part of the crank case mixing with all the sludge build up. Maybe check the water pump? Sorry not much help.

Yeah I'll check the water pump along with the oil cooler. This coolant leak seems to go down the passenger side and covers the starter too.

Thanks Homesteader.
