Starts Runs Rough and Dies

My 1997 will start and run like normal for about 10 seconds, then it runs rough for about 5 seconds, and then it dies. I think it could be clogged injectors but I am not sure. We changed the fuel filter, blew out the fuel lines, and cleaned both fuel tanks. We have ran out of other ideas so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Ryan.

Is it cold enough for your fuel to gel?
