IPR Issue?

Just trying to narrow this down before dropping the $ on a new IPR in case it isn't bad. Recently when the truck is warm the engine will cut in and out at a cruise. I can sometime hear a slight clank or ping. It is worse after I have jumped on it a couple times. Also, the idle will rise and drop randomly sitting at a stop light. In the mornings when its cold idle will rise to 1000rpm or so, but as soon as I touch the brake or go pedal it settles down...? Thought that was strange. Anyway the truck has single shot stage 1's, 38R and DP F6 tuner on basic street performance tune for said mods. I just replaced the ICP trying to track down a low boost issue, which didn't change a thing. Non-EBV pedestal and international bellowed up-pipes went in today. The shop said they can't pin down the stumble, but suggested it may be a IPR issue. Anyway just looking for advice on this, and where the best place to get a replacement is if its most likely my issue. Thanks!

Ok at idle your duty cycle should be between 7-10%. For your low boost problems looks at your intercooler boots
