water flow question

ok i fianally replaced my smoked 00 7.3 with a 02 7.3 . so on my old one there is water outlet at rear on drivers side on the cyl head .and front left passanger side

but the 02 has a plug there rear right with only one outlet at front left? do i need flow from rear right ? or not ?? is there a slight difference between these motors?

water temp sensor is a lil different 2
what should i do ??
