cold non start/codes

00 7.3 using superchip programmer keep getting P0603&P1690 codes have replaced kam sensor because of recall It is really hard to start when below freezing.I have replaced both modules behind fuel filter housing and all glow plugs checked out okay can anybody help

The p0603 is probobly from your superchips tuner. A chip or tuner will set this code. The P1690 is this Wastegate Control Valve Error . If you look on the turbo you will see a round metal gold looking housing with a red plastic line running to it. Make sure its still hooked to the wastegate and check for any leaks. Also you will see a green line this should run to the intake make sure its still there and no kinks or breaks in this line also. Read this writeup it might be your relay or glow plugs that are bad with the poor cold starts. Its a good place to start as long as your batteries are good7.3 glow plug system diagnosis
