1998 7.3 breaking up whith white smoke

I have an 1998 f-350 dually 260,000
Its a high milage daily driving work truck that usually runs great.
Recently it has become undrivable
symtoms are
white smoke at all rpms.
under any acceleration it starts breaking up missing and pouring white smoke.

fuel is not airated and at idle its 50 psi drops slightly under accell

codes inactive 0112 0541 0640 0476
basically it has a low iat deactivating the ebpv and intake air heater
you can clear the codes and i have disconnected the ebpv so i know thats not affecting it during this troubleshoot.
icp and ipr are right in range
i would almost bet that its the injectors but a strong word of advice would be great before i toss 1800.00 at it.

Thanks

unplug the MAT sensor..(located in the middle of the spider assy). Also, hows the fuel filter look? Contaminated with oil? Remove the oil cap, and lay it up on the fill tube, with motor idling. Is it vibrating there or is pressure blowing it off?
