E350 No compression in #7

Got a problem. Had issues driving and tracked it to #7. No compression. This is a van on the pass side. So I'm assuming I have to drop/pull the engine before I can pull the head and check what happened? Is that correct. Also with 210,000 on it, and if I have to pull it, I was thinking of a drop in going back in. Start fresh. Found one here. Any thoughts? Anyone else have drop in suggestions.
