doesnt idle up in cold temps

thanks to all for the help with my previous posts. but once again im having probs with my 7.3. it has been starting really hard. i changed all glow plugs last winter and im wondering if the relay may have gone bad. i did get it statred and noticed that it didnt idle up like it usually does to warm up faster. i checked for codes and its not showing any.

try cleaning the EBP tube and cleaning or replacing the EBP sensor.I had the same problem and did these two things and all cleared up.
