Engine Rebuild Suggestions in SC

I have 2001 7.3.

Blue Smoke coming out the tail pipe at Idle. Goes away one it starts moving and warm. Then the min. it idle's smoke blue grey smoke starts puffing out. The longer it idle's the more it puffs

Had an compression test done...stopped at one bank.

Cylinders on the one back came back:
325
290
240
150

Thought is to do an rebuild. I have a replaced a bunch of items the last two years. , Injectors, Glow plugs, Water pump, alternator, Hubs, rotors, rebuilt tranny has around 50K on it.

Looking for suggestions near Greenville SC. Having trouble finding anyone I can trust.

If you are willing to travel a little, Scott at Trucks Unlimited in Winston Salem NC is the Best around IMHO. He is the only one I trust to work on my truck.

Haul it over to Buford,GA to that Powerstrokehelp guy. People bring him PSDs from all over. Its all he works on. The other option here in Columbia,SC. Is Fleet Maintence on Charlseton Hywy. I think they may be in Cayce. But its just outside of Columbia. They have worked on mine several times. And are straight good guys. The owner loves PSDs. And owns about a dozen of em himself. And a lot of thier work is one PSD in fleet use. Taking it to Buford would be my first choice. Check out all his youtube vids. He is only 2 hours from you.
