2002 7.3 DTC #P1316 IDM

I have a 2002 F550 w/7.3 PSD. It started by losing power and now won't start. The only codes that it had were P1316 which is a IDM curcuit code and I believe P2 which is a #2 injector code. The IDM code is not the one for a IDM failure. Anybody have any idea what we're dealing with here. The IDM is a little expensive to just be swapping out if it isn't going to fix the problem.
