You will have to let one of the others on here tell you. I am not sure where the valve to drain the fuel water seperator is on the obs trucks.

Same place as on the 99-03 7.3s................. When you flip open the plastic engine cover (turbo diesel covered) if you look at the fuel bowl lid there is a yellow lever that is pointing in the 6 o'clock position, flip it to the 9o'clock position. fuel should drain from near the bottom of the motor under the alternator. You can put a pan under it to catch it. If nothing comes out, work the lever gently back and forth a few times. Still no draining, close valve, start truck for a few seconds, then shut off and try draining again. The fuel filter light is a vaccum switch that is connected between the fuel filter and the fuel pump, when the filter is getting plugged it will start to turn when you load the engine, the light will come on with less and less of a load as it gets worse. Sounds like its time for a new filter.

I am having the same problem with my fuel filter light, at wot. I have changed the fuel filter within the last 500 miles, and have cleaned the screen between the fuel regualtor and the fuel bowl. Now what am I supposed to do?

Thats a good question, I have so many other lines connected into the fuel system for my Waste Vegtable Oil, I am not sure how the stock OBS system should work.
