smoke on start up

99 7.3 Starts fine, but what sounds like rod knock and lots of white smoke. Smoke goes away after truck heats up. No dtc's are in the reader.

Wyoming-
My problem is gone....One of the injectors was dirty.. Took it out and cleaned it all is well. Also I started using a additive to run through my tank no problems as of yet.. I also got some info about oil pressure, if it is low this could also cause this.. Good luck
