Romp when depressing clutch

When I come to a stop I push my pedal in and the truck goes back to idle ( around 600 +-) but it drops to a little below 500 rpm on its way down and romps. Just one time.

What could be the cause? Or is this normal?

Maybe a failing HPOP? Do you think a crossover will help?

subscribing...

Mine does the same thing...WHEN run'n D2. When run'n wvo, it DOES NOT do it. I'm leading to believe its fuel pressure. i have a f/p gauge, but seems the needle bounces around alot. My wvo f/p, steady at 75psi, and not a glitch when depressing clutch.

I bought the goodies to do a manual check of fuel and oil psi. Hopefully get it together tomorrow and will report back the findings / repairs, and see if it improved.

BTW, my wvo is fed to d/s rear, p/s front...
