shudders, poor fuel milae with ulsd now

Hey guy's.
Ok I poasted a bit ago, about my truck on how it shutters, I does it when i first fire it up, and or it doesnt do it all the time, and...
It will do it say after driving it for a bit, come to a light and it will shutter, I push the clutch pedal in, and some times it will help it smooth out but not always.

The other day i Put in some injector cleaner by two manufactures, one is in a white bottle called
Power service/ps
diesel fuel supplement plus cetane boost prevents feul gelling, boosts cetane, faster cold starts
injector cleaner/keeps em cleaner
the other brand isin a black bottle called
Nitro lube
fuel conditioner for gas and diesel engines, it claims it cleans injectors spark plugs glow plugs and improve millage, andcontains anti oxidamts. this one was expensive 45 bucks for 1 litre/33oz

What i did notice after putting a bit of both products in the one tank was a smoother idle and littel to no shutering, Except for today I noticed i had a bit of shudder, I put on 233km almost half a tank on the front tank.

This problem kinda stated after this new ulsd was intorduced,

I also noticed when I run this fuel, I get less fuel millage compared to the lsd.
Is this a normal thing? I really notice the millage difference when I make the motor work, Like say doing a 8 hr drive, doing 130km hr, I used to get out of 856km I used to go through a tank and a bit to tank and half, with this new fuel I now go through 3 tanks of fuel.
If I ease off the go pedal I have noticed i will get better millage, but I didnt have to worrie about that before with the lsd.
So this shudder is this something that is being caused by the ulsd? and me adding some additives to the fuel helping it? Or is it maybe a few injectors on there way out? or fuel pump or some other problem that hasnt gotten to the point of making any codes?

I would take it to a dealer but my last experiance in a few posts ago wasnt the best, AND I cant be botherd to truct them.

It was mentioned b4 that my duela mass might be the cause of the shudder but the clutch isnt slipping.so Im not sure.So ill ask every one on there thoughts and if any thing is a easy way of checking ill do that before i start and dumping some cash, Again....

I have done a oil change, That is regulary, every 5000km I put in 15/40 petrocan oil. Air filter is changed every second oil change, as well as fuel filter.Tire presure is at 35 front and 40 for the rear< im running winter studded tires now, Not sure if that will have any effect.

The truck is a 5 spd, trans. Turbo that has just been replaced. No oil leaks, doesnt burn any oil
Milage is now at around 305260.3km
Im not sure what else info might be helfull
I have now owned the truck for a year and half, From what i was told before the truck was used as a comute truck for a grader guy, Not all the warrenty ford recalls were done, i noticed the air filter screws are still teh plastic ones, The light switch hasnt been done yet.

So the truck Might have alote of driving km on it or not, Does the speedo record milage when it has been shut off and towed? It was towed behind a grader. Still has the hook ups on it.

-Crappy fuel milage now with ulsd,
-shudders.

Any hows, The few questions if any one can help for soem answers would be awsome,
Sorry for the rambling on.

I have done alot of reading and from what I know adding 1 oz. of 2 stroke oil for every gallon of fuel will keep injectors lubed.and increase milage I have been doing this since I bought my truck 3 months ago.the injectors are not as noisey .I use pennzoil 2 stroke oil

dual mass flywheel

dual mass flywheel will do that even w/o the clutch being bad.
when i revved mine a little and got off it fast in neutral it would stop rattling. it never affected the way the clutch worked.
i am rebuilding it now for fun and the dumb a$$ oops i mean dual mass flywheel is GONE. good luck
