$570 new part from FORD and labor?

Finally its alive again. HPOP regulator and new ICP and harness!! Said the regulator went in and fired right up but still had the ses light on and ICP was the culpret. New pigtail and all gone and ready for another 227K miles. My question is how much should it cost to have this done want to see if I got a buddy deal or not. $570 new part from FORD and labor oh yeah and tow bill, all done at the dealership!!

I had a icp replaced (under warrenty) i asked if not under warrenty how much he told me apx 600 for laber and part -part being 150 i thought he was smokin crack but he said 600
