WHAT HAVE I DONE?!

Ok so today me and my dad are working on my truck, were installing my stereo system well we were working inside the engine compartment. we were dissasemmbyling stuff so we could have room to drill the firewall to run the power wire for the amp. btw this is all taking place on the drivers side, i completely took off the full intake no prob but we also needed to take off that fuse box next to it so the drill would fit. OK SO we unclamped the box and it has all these wires attached so we start unplugging stuff still no problems THEN listen carefully if your looking at the front of the truck, at the drivers side fuse box, there is a smaller box to the left which is clamped to the wheel well. on the firewall side of this box there is a screw that goes straight into the box and turns left and right my dad starts turning it thinking it unbolts the box after we realize its internally in the box we start to think its an adjustment for something and we just screwed it up....WHAT DID I DO??????

sorry this is so long and kinda hard to explain, thanks

That box is the injector driver module (IDM) and as far is I know there is no external adjustment so everything should be OK

You are fine, no adjustment screws like this on our trucks. You should be able to run the cable through and existing grommet, that is what my stereo shop did with 4 gauge amp wire.
