Truck wont start

well my truck was running fine the other night when i left it at my shop. i took our dually and went to move all my stuff back from school and come back a day and half later. when i got to the shop i went to get in my truck and it would just crank. i though ok well its cold and i didnt plug it in dump mistake on my part. 6hrs later after being pluged in it still wouldnt start. now i suspected somethin. i decided to wait till this morning and see if she would bust of and yet again nothin! it has been pluggued up since 4pm yesterday and it just cranks... but it ran and started fine when i parked it... any one have any ideas or suggestions? glowplugs maybe? but its wierd that it just all of a sudden did it.... o and it is only between 25 and 35 degrees here if yall need to know im about to go drag it into our shop and set teh space heater infornt of it for about 30 min and see if taht helps warm anything up before i have to tear into it.... well i hope someone has had this problem and its easy to fix.. thanks guys

Even with a bad GPR after 6 hours of being plugged in it should start
