Fuel pressure regulator

Ok fixed one problem and now got another one hopefully easy to fix.The IPR or fuel pressure regulator which ever you want to call it was pulled out last week and put back in well its leaking oil down the valley. Well two guestions can you get New orings for it, and what size socket does it take is to make sure it was tightened to 35 ibs. Thanks for any imput.

If I remember correctly it is a deep well 1"1/8. Hope this helps
