No Start!!!

It's been 2 weeks now and my 01 F250 won't turn over.
Things I've done: replaced fuel pump/filter, replaced all fuses/relays/ diodes, camshaft sensor,and batteries , also checked if fuel shut off switch went off it didn't. Blown air through fuel lines and no blockages. No fuel in the bowl,ran jumper from battery to fuel pump almost worked also ran fuel line from 5 gal jug worked for a little while( 5 minutes). When it does runs it smokes and has rough idle.
Weather is suppose to warm up a little so going to try again, can't stand working on cold steel.
And one last thing no codes to pull ( not running)
