Question 2000 7.3 Turbo diesel

Engine misses when accelerating at low RPMS, used portable scanner that came up with the following codes.... #603...1247...1670, of the three tecs I spoken with , I now have three different diagnoses.
Need Help Please!

1247 - Turbo charger boost low

603 - Internal control module keep alive memory(KAM) memory

1670 - Electronic feedback signal not detected

My truck does the same thing when cold. It has done this in the past and I just had a injector hanging up, but once it gets good and warm it smoothes out. Running on home made fuel $1.35 per gal, I love oil burners
