New ICP runs worse. With codes. Ideas?

Buddy put new ICP in truck on advice of a friend. Now it runs worse and throws codes p1670, p1280, and p1211. To be sounds like he is down an injector or 2 and on start up as if running on one bank. Any thoughts. Im thinking open VC and check for connections. He also put a new injector in last week and im not sure if he did it 100% correctly as i didnt get a chance to help him.

Driver side manifold hot as hell. Passener slightly warm if that. Gonna open up VC and check connections. If not gonna try IDM.

Got over there today, peaked in fuel bowl. Tried to drain fuel and nothing came out. Sucked out some and shined a light in there and holy hell! Looked like someone put handfuls of sand in there. Lol. Lucky him, had a fuel bowl rebuild kit laying around from Guzzle. Cleaned it up, new orings, installed and jumper cables and shazzam! Runs now. Got a little air in it, but longer it runs the better. Took t to town and put fuel in it since he was at 1/4 tank. Thinking pickup tube may be toast too since it runs almost 100% with half a tank of fuel. New ICP runs worse. With codes.
