Thumbs down Alot of white smoke /hard to start

So i go to start mt 97 f250 7.3 psd this morning and it doesnt want to start ran fine yesterday.I get it to start after several tries and it is blowing smoke and missing .also is making more noise then usual----any help would be appreciated.

did it clear up at all...or did it just keep smoking and missing??

It sounds to me like you either have a problem with your glow plug system, or your injector o rings have gone bad.......and there is always the possibility of the under valve cover harnesses coming disconnected...

The glow plugs you can test...the o rings on the other hand are more of a "gut call" type of thing as far as diagnosis goes...

Just keeps on smoking -like someone is pouring oil in with the fuel

Check your oil level. Had the same problem, added oil and it went away.
