Question 7.3l f250 wont start

I have an Aus 2005 ford f250 with a banks chip,it has not missed a beat, but the other day it was driven about 250 meters and turned off, restarted and driven back about 250 meters, turned off and that is where it stayed,it winds over as fast as usual but will not fire,it has 275psi oil pressure at the cylinder head on crank, has fuel pressure, glow plugs are working -it comes up with codesP0605,internal control module ROM error-internal pmc failure(is this because of the banks?) andP1283 IPR circuit failure-open/grounded circuit, stuck IPR,loose connection, have checked the connection and is o.k.,is there a resistance check that can be done on the IPR,information is hard to get in Aus
