Fuel Leak

I have a 2002 Excursion Limited and have recently noticed a small puddle of what appears to be diesel in the frame at the base of the windshield washer fluid bottle at the front right corner of the engine compartment. I don't see any leaks or seepage when the truck is idling in my driveway but the puddle is there after driving on the highway.

Any thoughts or experience with this kind of fuel leak would be most appreciated.
