IT'S FIXED.......YAH! It was the plug!
I had two earlier posts and the issue was finally found and fixed but I still can not figure how it started? Here is the fix I did and it was the 25 cent repair to the connector inside the valve cover. I would constantly get the P0475 code and every now and then the P1316 code. Using AE and the xpanded Ford module I would do a "buzz test" and some times shoe #2 was open and other times all were okay? I tested all the sensors and their power supply and only the EBPV actuator seemed low. So I had a shop run through it and their mechanic talked to a Ford hot line and they said it needed injectors and harnesses/gaskets! Yikes that is a lot of $$$$$.
So today while doing an oil and filter change I pulled the driver's side valve cover and there it was THE LOOSE CONNECTOR! So I pulled it free, cleaned it well and checked all the pins to make sure they were straight and trimmed a quarter and did the fix. Put it all back together and after clearing old codes the SES light went out and stayed out! I am a happy boy! The injector buzz test shows all are well and all cylinders are equal!
Oh yeah, it took 4 jugs of Shell (16 qts) from Walmart exactly to fill to the top of the marks on the dip stick!
