fuel bowl heater

I am replacing my fuel bowl heater and according to Diesel O rings.com it is for a 97 and older (based on their picture) My truck is was made 3-9-99. Can I put in the 99 and newer one or do I need to use the 97 and older one? The rest of the fuel filter assembly looks like the one on my 2002. Any one with a 99 seen this?
