New injectors. Chip needs retuned. By who though?

I am going to be replacing new injectors here in about 3-4 months soon as I get the money. I am going with 238/100 and replacing glow plugs. I already have head studs and all supporting mods. I was looking at rosewood for injectors.
Real question. Who should I get injectors from and who should I have retune my chip? I've heard lots of good things about tw tunes and beans. Just want a general consensus. Thanks all.

I'll get bashed for this, but go with DP Tuner and use Full Force injectors.

ill look into dp tuner for burns but im getting pretty much free install with rosewood. i live 1 hr from the shop. so theres now core charge no shipping or whatever. Hes going to be installing glow plugs at the same time. all in all 238/100 injectors, glow plugs and install for $1800. I think its a deal...am i wrong?

also i really do like full force injectors and the service...ive called them and they were great. im going to be getting bellowed uppipes and new turbo through them probably
