Oil leaking from exhaust

Hi all, I just had the injectors replaced in my 97, 7.3 diesel... I now have black oil coming out of my exhaust pipe and leaking from the exhaust flanges. What things could cause this?? thanks for any input and does anyone know of a good diesel mechanic in fresno CA

It could be from the injector change if they let the rails drain down into the cylinder some can get pushed out the exhaust

Steve, It seems like a lot of oil its all over the tailgate and anywhere there and under the truck, is it possible they did not get the injectors in properly?

there is also fresh oil leaking after each time I drive it
