99 Powerstroke missing and some codes

At my work there is an early 99 with 200,000 miles roughly. It recently developed a constant miss. I messed with it today suspecting the UVCH, tested it with an multimeter and got continuity on all 8 injectors. I brought along an Edge Insight to pull codes and got a P1247 for low turbo pressure and P0470 for the exhaust back pressure sensor. I have not checked it out yet to see if it is plugged, but I don't believe that is the problem. The miss sounds like it is only one cylinder. Looking for opinions on what could be wrong, injector? I don't have the capability to do a buzz test or contribution test, just looking for opinions before it's sent to Ford. Thanks!

you can try pulling one valve cover at a time, running it, and disconnecting ijectors one by one until you find which one is causing the miss. if it is an injector
