i cant turn the steering wheel if i try to it depresses thebrake pedal ive just put a new pump on and no change please help

did you jack up the front end and run the truck and have someone turn the wheel while you fill it? thats the best way, if not you probably have air pockets

yes done that allready you can sit inside turn the steering wheel just a little in either direction and watch the brake pedal move up and down

the wheel turns freely when in the air but not at all on the ground if you put it in drive it will move forward and backward until you try to turn then locks up is this a sign the booster has gone out
