02' 7.3 icp pressure low/high

Hey guys,
Ive been working on a 2002 350 7.3 4x4. It has a code for ICP is either to low/high. I was wondering if a serious boost leak could cause this code. If you clear the code out and let it idle or even by rasing the RPMS, the light never comes on. When you pull out on the road and mash down on it some the light comes on. If someone could please help it would be great.

Check if the icp is leaking.

Is this a tuned truck?
