99 2wd 7.3 won't start

I have read a lot on this thro the forum but I am lost. I have been told a lot of info. This started about 2 weeks ago. I drive all day and in and out of the truck. The truck starts fine if you can get it started I. The am with it plugged in .. The gps was replaced in September . Gp just replace along with the battery's and idm before this happened .. Someone told me to replace the PCM. Truck is stock all but the exhaust . Tested the relay and got a reading of 2 volts with key is on and start light on.

Only code the is coming up is for the exhaust back pressur but that was removed and elimadted
