00 7.3 injector

ok i had couple problems i ran a test on it it show # 8 # 6 misfire i took it apart replace wire harness in it ran it again show #6 again ran a buzz test it sounds weak like nothing if i replace it NOTE its has stock injectors now will the rest of them be matched with new one or should i replace them all im a newbe with this but do have some help looking for any help thx

check the valve cover gasket FIRST. this is where the wiring is for the injectors and the glow plugs. they are built into the side of the valve covers. they are notorious to short out and give a false faulty injector reading. you will need to pull the covers off to visually inspect them. do the driver side first as this is very easy to access with minimal removal of components. 30 minutes and i had my 1st cover off and it ewas my 1st time.not saying thisis your problem, just letting you know, its cheaper

ok traced the wires and no problems there it was #6 injector runs good about ready to start with upgrades to the work truck again

Even good at the pigtail outside the valve covers and the connectors?
