Surge, loud rattle, engine light

I tried to check the various threads for this same problem, but have come up short or maybe my search terms were inadequate. I've had this problem for awhile with my 02 F350 7.3L auto, but I was rarely driving my truck. She starts fine and I'll start driving down the road, but while accelerating when I hit around 35 or 40 (not sure of the rpms) the truck will surge and get loud like something is rattling and then my check engine light comes on. Also when I hit around 60 the truck starts glugging a bit and feels like a bit of power loss, but if I hit the accelerator it goes away. Codes that I have found are P1211 and P0605. I have a chip that was installed by the previous owner, but not sure what kind.

Not auto tech savvy so pardon my description not using the correct terminology. I've had bad experience with Ford Dealerships in the past so I'd like a little foresight before I go in to the slaughter. Any help is greatly appreciated.

P1211 is low icp, iirc.
Read up on heui systems. That will explain why low icp reading (high pressure oil) would cause rough running.

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

unplug the ICP and see if it runs better.
