Pulling the heads, need some advice

So I currently have bad injector cups that I've replaced twice and still won't stop leaking coolant. With 200k miles on the E99 motor I'm looking at some options here. BTW, I only have 5k to work with and I'm having this done at a shop cause I have no time to do it.

Have them pull the motor and heads. I can get the oil pan and cooler this way before they leak, and upgrade my E99 turbo to later style with billows. Hopefully a set of reman injectors too.

or

Buy a used motor, swap out the injectors, oil pan and oil cooler. not sure this is in the budget though.

Or any suggestions?

If I swap out the injectors I was just gonna get some reman AD's, but is there a better option for about the same money I should be looking at?
