fuel pump not getting power why

fuel pump only works when i jump it straight off the battery has a low circutry code and tps code replaced the tps still nothing any ideas?

Have you looked at the Inertia Switch behind the pass kick-panel? What about the fuses?

The relay, on an '02, is located in the fusebox and considered "Non-Serviceable" (and rarely, if-ever has trouble).

Next, is the PCM running (it's what controls the pump)? Do you get a WTS light when you first roll-on the key?

How's the Instrument Cluster? Are the gauges working?

yes checked the fuel shut off switch it was fine checked fuses, also good, pcm working fine but no wait to start light also had a low circut code for the fuel pump fyi this is all after we had the cab off doing a complete rebuild if we jump the fuel pump it starts and runs fine but has no throttle im really stumped on this one
