someone in erie pa please help

Hi i have a 2002 f250 superduty and i think my hpop is getting weak .. my truck doesnt have the power it used too and it is alot.more noisy now and there is now.power difference from 50hp setting too.the 140 hp setting really .. im ok with buying eather a t500 or addrenaline but i just want to make sure that my hpop is bad before i spend that kind of money .. i have tryed to hook up a snap-on scanner to it but didnt know what all the.numbers ment and i.dont have a machanical gauge too test it .. if someone in the erie area has a way to.test it and would.be willing too help me i would greatly appreciate it .. all i have done to my truck is a afe intake 4" straight pipe and a ts chip .. thanks everyone .. o and were is the cheapest place to get a icp sensor at ? ... thanks again guys

And im getting horible fuel milage .. used too get around 15 or.so.around.town.and now i get 10 all around driving .. truck runs out of.power at around 2,500 rpms just falls on it face .. someone pkease help
