i cant figure it out

driving down the road in a 2000 f350 water in fuel light and check engine light comes on and it runs like crap till i let off the throttle and then once i push it again it runs fine. can anyone help me diagnose this issue please?

If you can, try and find out what the code(s) are. That might help you pin point it down.

CEL on, theres a code/stored code.

after i let off the throttle and push on it again the lights go away and then when checked for codes there is none
