Truck wont start hot unless i add oil to HPOP Res

Hey guys iv been trying to figure out my problem for a while now. this is what im working with. its a 99 f250 7.3 with 170k millage. when i first bought the truck it ran great and slowly started taking long and long to start when the engine is hot no wont start at all. some things i have done

New HPOP
Injector o rings
Ipr

What i found out just today if i run it until its nice and warm and shut it down it will not start up agine. If i fill the HPOP res and hurry back into the cab she takes maybe 10sec and starts up and runs fine but as soon as i shut it down and try agine same thing. as i have done this a few times my oil level on my dip stick is going up. some how when the oil is hot either the Lpop isnt giving the res the oil to feed the HPOP or the oil is leaking out of my res and not filling back up im learning the system but need some advice. thanks guys i feel good as im getting closer but still a lil ways away any help is greatly apprisated
